"This book is a new creation story. It is new in the sense that it integrates the facts of present day science with the symbolic imagery of traditional wisdom. The story is narrated in the simple style of the great storytellers - from Gilgamesh to Dr. Seuss. This illustrated epic poem expresses a message that is fourteen billion years old but only recently unraveled." - AuthorHouse

What moves the world and us as well
Is hard to grasp and simply tell.
Creation’s basic elements
Were formed without ingredients.
They leaped up from their emptiness.
A vacant realm, a no-thing-ness
Became a living quantumness,
Mysterious creativeness

The Universe was simply seen
As just a thing, a big machine.
But now we know the World’s alive.
She thinks, she plans, she’s full of drive.
And yes, it’s slowly coming out
There’s more than us to crow about.
The Universe is not our stage.
She’s foremost living personage

Can you consider Cosmic View
That’s very old and make it new?
The Universe we did not start.
We are her growing sensing heart.
The Universe is not just dirt
Once formed by chance and now inert.
All that we see, all that exists,
New hardened science now insists,
A common origin now share.
The things found here were also there.
So here’s the truth now being told –
All things are one, alive and
old

Dynamic force of memory
With human eyes we barely see.
It shows itself in awesome way,
Like hand and eye and what you say.
Reflect on all the years it took
To fashion eyes so you can look.
There in your eyes and in your hand
Is history to understand.
The grand events of cosmic growth
Are clear and evident in both.
Your body holds the DNA
That knows exactly what to say
To every microscopic cell
That keeps you 'live and running well.

The Earth now lives in some suspense
With creatures prone to violence.
Not dinosaur nor grizzly bear,
It’s vi’lent men we must beware.
Not only do they prey on game,
On other men they do the same.
Not only do they prey on men,
They even poison their own den.

We suffer in our conscious part
Of carrying Life’s fragile art –
Surprising beauty everywhere
That needs our stamp that She is there.
If we refuse to seek this plane
Our suffering will be in vain.
The human gift to living world
Is to make sure She’s all unfurled –
To see her, feel her, speak her clear,
And be her truthful, conscious mirror.
